Xiaomi device range is expected to increase with the presence of Redmi Note 5A on Monday 21 August, according to the latest news circulating this weekend.
Redmi Note 5A is an entry level smartphone that is expected to slide in two variants, the “Pro” or “Prime” version provided with the fingerprint scanner feature and other versions without the feature.
In addition to the fingerprint scanner, the Redmi Note 5A specification listed in the Chinese certification slider, TEENA, also indicates a different specification between the two Redmi Note 5A versions.
Redmi Note 5A Pro will be equipped with Snapdragon 435 chip, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB of storage media, and 16 megapixel rear camera and 13 megapixel front camera with LED flash.
Meanwhile, Redmi Note 5A “regular” version will have a lower specification that includes Snapdragon 425 processor, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB storage medallion, and 13 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front camera.
